Over the past decade, as a practitioner, I’ve seen many clients discover a greater sense of purpose, satisfaction, energy and ease when it comes to navigating health, be it from from chronic pain, digestive issues, fatigue, autoimmunity, stress, burnout, chronic fatigue and more. We can discuss your relationship with food, self-care, your relationship with technology, work-life balance, body-image, time management and more.

For over twenty years I’ve had the joy of helping individuals navigate their way out of chronic pain, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, allergies, insomnia, anxiety, mood swings, skin imbalances, immune disorders, digestive disorders, depression, fatigue, fibromyalgia, challenging PMS, weight challenges, binge eating, overeating, chronic fatigue, adrenal fatigue, body image challenges and more.

I’ve sat with a lot of those too, and would be honored to share what I’ve discovered through years of study and life experience. One of my favorite things about what I do is that I understand how a lot of these can feel. I’ve been there and get how hard it can be just to wake up and face the day some days. I want you to be able to feel more stable, healthy, happy and calm. Don’t we all want more of that?

Like many people who truly love their work, I’ve had a long standing passion for the study as well as personal experience. I  began my personal journey with natural healing after nearly a lifetime anxiety, digestive disorders, joint paint, anxiety, insomnia, depression, insomnia and weight challenges.

I always held a natural affinity for getting my hands in the dirt be it through herbs, plants, and nature be it running around in the woods, or, working with plants through green houses, or, on woodland restoration crews. I spent well over twelve years in a deep dive of study in botanical medicine, aromatherapy, whole food nutrition, natural home and skincare products, mind-body eating coaching and what it takes to help clients create lasting behavioral changes. 

With a passion to help individuals recover from chronic pain, anxiety and stress in a holistic, natural and sustainable way, I found deep interest in the gut brain connection … where mental health meet what we eat, how we digest and the choices we make around lifestyle. I feel very grateful to have been able  to study with some of the worlds leading herbalists, nutritionists, aromatherapists, and naturopaths. In 2005 I was lucky to happen upon an intensive work-study at an herbal health clinic for two years. Shortly after I began clinical training in aromatherapy and medical massage therapy. In 2012 I was accepted into a one-to-one full time clinical herbal apprenticeship in Ithaca, New York with world herbalist, 7Song. While there, I had the opportunity to work in a fully integrative and free health care clinic for the duration of 2013 and in 2014 I began certification as a Psychology of Eating Practitioner and Mind-Body Eating Coach with the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. In 2023 I began training in environmental toxins and their effects on our nervous systems, immunity, hormones and more.
